Returning an Item / Unwanted tems

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. We offer a hassle free 30 day money back guarantee, if you bring your return to our attention within that timeframe we can simply refund your purchase in full.

If you are local, we have no problem with customers returning items in person and we can refund you immediately.

Faulty Items:

Although unlikely, in rare cases customers can receive a faulty item.

Should this happen on your order, you can expect a prompt and polite resolution. If a faulty item is received then we can offer any of the following solutions:

1/ Exchange – We can deliver a new product and collect the faulty item at the same time.

2/ Refund – We can either collect the item at your convenience or provide you with a pre-paid label if that is easier.

Please note, we cannot exchange items the same day. Once you report a problem to us, the exchange/collection would take place the following day if that is convenient for you.
