Unfortunately we don't have a showroom, we do allow any potential customers to collect items if that is easier for you

Yes, all our items are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch unless stated otherwise

Where is my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive dispatch and tracking details with the relevant delivery company. In the unlikely event you encounter a delay then please get in touch and we will resolve ASAP

Do you have a catalogue?
Unfortunately not, our items are listed on our website only
Do you offer discounts for businesses?
Yes we can, if you believe your purchase warrants a discount then please contact our sales team and they will do their best to assist
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do, when completing the order you will receive a shipping quote / delivery time
Can I order an item out of stock?
Yes that is possible, we have arrival dates showing on all out of stock products
Can I modify an order?
Yes, we would encourage you to contact us at the earliest opportunity as we do dispatch orders quickly
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes we can, you can select this at the checkout. Please note, if you opt for free delivery this service excludes weekends
Can I request a specific delivery day?
Yes you can, simply add your preferred delivery day at checkout
Who do you use to deliver?
Our orders are fulfilled by reliable companies and weight can effect the delivery company we chose.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Yes you would to ensure a safe delivery, most of our products would require an electronic signature by the shipping company
Can you leave my package with a neighbor?
Yes we can, just add your preferred neighbor to the notes section on the checkout process
Do you offer finance?
Unfortunately this is not something we offer at present
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes they do
Do you supply VAT invoice?
Yes we do, these are generated electronically and sent via email

Refunds are processed the same day we receive your return, we ensure any problems are dealt with ASAP
